A quick and simple way to make Horseradish Sauce. Now if you have horseradish root, you would peel the outer skin and grate the white part and mix with vinegar and salt. Be very careful. The longer you wait to mix, the stronger the horseradish will be. This recipe, will use prepared horseradish though.

Great for dipping steak, poultry or fish. Also great to spread on a sandwich. Use it with anything!

For when you want your steak, pork, or potatoes to kick you in a non-spicy way. Can serve 3 or even 4 if your guests like to go light on sauce.
