Chicken Broccoli Bacon Alfredo Pasta

Cook Bacon in Large Skillet, then cut into 1/2" pieces and set aside. Leave left over bacon fat in the skillet to fry the chicken.

Prepare chicken breast by slicing into 1/2" wide strips. Season strips of chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and oregano. Place chicken in large skillet and fry in bacon fat over medium heat for 6-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Cut chicken into small bite size pieces and set aside. Drain bacon fat and clean skillet.

Cut broccoli into small bite size pieces and place in vegitable steamer for approx 20-30 minutes.

Add a little salt and olive oil to 4 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Then boil 2 servings (approx 7 ounces or half a box) of angel hair pasta for 7-8 minutes

Add butter (sliced into pads) and cream into a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until the cream has reduced almost by half. Add freshly grated or ground nutmeg, salt and pepper to desired taste. Remove from heat.

Add chicken, bacon, broccoli, pasta and cheese to large sauce in skillet and mix well. Enjoy!
