1/4 cupoil
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tbspvanilla essence
2 tbspmilk
Dry fruits - Almonds, cashews, Pista, walnuts and raisins

Steps

Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda in one bowl.

In another bowl take curd, oil and sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla essence.

Now mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients slowly and add add gradually. Add dry fruits. Mix well. Use cut and fold method. Garnish with Chocochips.

Grease a tin and bake it in an pre heated oven for 35-40 mins on 180°c. It's ready.
