Steps

Wash the beaten rice and strain all the water.

Finely chop all the vegetables

Heat a pan a add 1 spoon of oil.

Add finely chop onions and roast untill turns light pink.

Keep out in a bowl.

Add rest of the oil in pan and heat.

Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and turmeric powder.

Roast of low flame.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chillis.

Roast well and add capsicum, salt and powdered sugar.

Add beaten rice, cashews, peanuts raisins and mix well.

Cover with a lid on low flame for 2 minutes.

Now stir with a spatula and keep the flame medium.

Turn off the flame after 1 minute.

Serve in bowl with love.
