Steps

Wash the bell pepper and onion well,roughly grind them

Put on low heat and fry well,add salt curry little thyme and seasoning

Fry well,add water and allow to boil

Add ur washed gizzard and put to medium heat
- 5
It takes tym to soften,so adjust water if need
- 6
Allow to cook well until sauce is thick or ov required consistency..adjust seasoning

Serve warm..i enjoy mine wit chips :)
