1onion
250 gcherry tomatoes
2 tinsbaked beans
4garlic cloves
1/4red chilli (optional)
1 tspginger paste
2 tspdried coriander
2 tspcumin seeds
1 tspmustard seeds
1 tbspolive oil

Chop the onion, chilli and half the tomatoes.

Pop all the ingredients in a pan minus the tomatoes and baked beans. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the beans, season and cook for a couple more minutes until heated throughout.

Serve.

I love to cook but hate to do dishes. Ideal recipes taste delicious, are cooked in one pan and in less than 30 minutes. Although the occassional lengthy recipes for a weekend are lovely too.
