When the nearest grocery shop (Coop) near my house closed for almost a month, I was very very sad. I always buy chicken from here, two for £7. So when they reopen again I am excited to see the new shop after renovated. Glad that they make new layout, even though it was a small shop, but convenient enough to get cooking inspiration.

I pick Chicken Casserole sauce mix from the shelf. I never see this before, maybe it was already there since long time ago. But I am sure because of new layout, I can found this sauce. So I came home, prepare everything and just realized I forget to buy a chicken. That is why I use beef for this casserole.
