In a pan put oil and heat it and add mustard Seed and add Jeera and add green chilli and ginger and add all the vegatables and fry for 5 min then add haldi, chilli powder and salt to taste and fry for 2 min and off the flame. Vegetable masala is ready.

Heat the tawa apply oil and put dosa batter and apply oil and filp the other side also apply oil and dosa is ready
