Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice cooked
  • 1 table spoonOil
  • 1Potat cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cucumbe cut into cubes
  • 1 cupBell pepper (all three) cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cupCauliflowers cut small
  • 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspOregano
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • For garnishing red cabbage, green onion, shredded coconut
  • As requiredPomegranate kernels

Steps

7 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a wok heat oil add potato, cucumber and cook for 2 minutes

    Add all three bell peppers, cauliflower.

    Add chilli flakes, oregano, Cumin seed powder, salt mix and cook for 2 minutes.

    Now take a serving plate arrange red cabbage, coconut, green onion, pomogranate kernels and rice.

    Arrange vegetables on top garnish with papad
