Take a wok heat oil add potato, cucumber and cook for 2 minutes

Add all three bell peppers, cauliflower.

Add chilli flakes, oregano, Cumin seed powder, salt mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Now take a serving plate arrange red cabbage, coconut, green onion, pomogranate kernels and rice.

Arrange vegetables on top garnish with papad
