I wished to try out a different twist on the normal chips but this time with arrow roots...not fried, but oven roasted. They were really yummy and appetizing. I would prefer it be a starter dish since it gives one appetite to have something else go down their gut

I wished to try out a different twist on the normal chips but this time with arrow roots...not fried, but oven roasted. They were really yummy and appetizing. I would prefer it be a starter dish since it gives one appetite to have something else go down their gut

Arrange all your ingredients and have them ready.

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius and grease your oven tray with the oil. then peel your ndumas. Chop them into strips (finger size) and place them in a bowl

Add in the mixed herbs, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly

Arrange the arrow root sticks on the oven tray. and give them a little space because they tend to stick on each other if overcrowded

Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until crunchy

Cut the onion into half rings and saute them with a little margarine. Add in the ginger garlic paste and sprinkle some salt to taste

Serve the arrow roots sticks with the onions and your favorite sauce
