Every weekend, my girls will ask me what we are having for dinner. Followed by 'Can we please have junk and some yummy food.....some pasta or pizza'??
How could i say no to that?
Luckily, I always try to add some veggies or greens, without telling them.
And it's so easy to make and healthy too and they relish! ❤️

Instructions:
In a large pot of boiling water, cook spaghetti Al Dente - 2
Drain and set aside.

Heat non stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- 4
Once oil is hot, add garlic and saute it for a few seconds.

Add spinach, salt, and pepper.
Let it cook, till spinach wilts down or becomes soft. - 6
Once done, switch off the heat and keep aside to cool down.
In a blender, add cooked spinach, milk, basil leaves, cheese slices and blend it to a smooth paste and keep aside. - 7
In a pan, add cooked pasta, spinach basil paste, and herbs and mix it well.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with your favorite bread.
