Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 kgrice
  • Pilau masala
  • Some potatoes
  • Green pepper
  • 1little cooking oil
  • Some onions
  • clovesSome garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Was the rice and keep aside. Fry onions till brown then add garlic cloves

  2. 2

    Then add the whole Pilau masala. Add the rice and potatoes with the green peppers

  3. 3

    Add a little salt then add enough water to cook under low heat

  4. 4

    Cook till all the water is diminished. Wait to cool

  5. 5

    Serve
