Ingredients

  • 1 kgcrushed carrot
  • 1 kgmilk
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 1/2 spooncardamom powder
  • As requiredDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk and crushed carrot in a pan and let it boiled. After one boil lower the flame.

  2. 2

    Stir it well until the liquid is evaporated.

  3. 3

    Add cardamom and sugar. Stir it well.

  4. 4

    Garnish the halwa with dry fruits.
