Sometimes when I dont really wanna have a proper meal I tend to gravitate towards a salad. Here's how I make my delicious chicken salad. Its actually very filling and healthy.

Sometimes when I dont really wanna have a proper meal I tend to gravitate towards a salad. Here's how I make my delicious chicken salad. Its actually very filling and healthy.
Steps

Start by marinating the chicken for about 30 minutes as you prep the other ingredients

Chop up the rest of the ingredients into slices...chunks etc just what you prefer

Wash your lettuce and rockets and check every leaf for snails or worms

After 30 minutes grill your chicken or pan fry it..

When cooked through let it cool cut into chunks and serve

Drizzle with the dressing and enjoy

NB...feel free to marinate your chicken with ingredients you prefer and also you can make a dressing you prefer. This is how I like mine.
