Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gFlour
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • V/oil 1 tbsp (for d batter)
  • 1 tspYeast
  • 1 tbspPowdered milk
  • 1/2 cupLukewarm water
  • Oil 2 cups (for frying)
  • 1/2 tspVanilla flavor

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour all d ingredients in a bowl except flour.

  2. 2

    Mix well n gradually add in d sieved flour.

  3. 3

    Mix n kip to double in size for 15 -20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Heat oil n use hand to scoop

  5. 5

    Deep fry until golden brown.
