In a bowl take all ingredients of kofta.

Mix it. Make koftas.

Heat oil in wok, and fry koftas

Now again heat oil in a wok, and add cumin seeds.

Add, tomato puree, and cook 3-4 mins. Now add cashew nut paste, mix well. Cook for 2 mins

Now add all spices, mix it well, and cook 3-4 mins.

Now add 1-1/2cup water, and cook till it start boiling.

Now add koftas, cover the lid,add cook 3-4min. Vegetable kofta curry is ready.
