Ingredients

  • 2 cupscanned corn, strained
  • 1egg, well beaten
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • 1 tbspmelted butter
  • 1 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/8 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • Cooking oil of choice for pan frying
  • Maple syrup {optional}

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix first 8 ingredients in a medium size bowl

  2. 2

    Pan fry spoonful sized dollops in cooking oil until brown on both sides

  3. 3

    Serve with Maple syrup

  4. 4

    Enjoy!!
