7big sized potatoes
Tumeric
Black peeper
Dhania
Ginger
Garlic
Salt
Cooking oil
Royco(optional)

Steps

Peel the potatoes,wash them and boil them for about 5 minutes

In a small bowl mix all your spices and rub the potatoes inside

Sprinkle some salt,dhania and onions.

Put in the oven for 10 mints at 180 degrees
5

Serve with kachumbari and wet fry mbuzi
