Take a pan and heat milk in it. Keep 2 tablespoons of milk separate for making paste of custard powder. Mix 2 tablespoons of custard powder with 2 tablespoons of cold milk.

Mix custard powder paste in boiling milk and mix it regularly to avoid lumps. Stir regularly for 2 minutes and then add sugar in it. Cook it for another one minute and then switch off your flame.

Now take an another pan to make caramel. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar in pan and heat to melt sugar. Once sugar get melted stir regularly till it changes it colour to golden brown. In the mean time grease two small sized bowls and transfer this melted sugar in that bowls immediately.

Pour prepared custard in these bowls and place these in refrigerator for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes serve this pudding with upside down. Caramel will spread roughly on upper surface to give pudding a yummy and crunchy taste.
