Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cupsflour
  • HalfSimas butter
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • Dried coconut
  • 2 tablespoonmilk
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar, butter, egg and coconut till fluffy and well combined

  2. 2

    Add flour and milk.. Mix till you get a sticky dough

    Mold into balls and then slightly press down

    Place it inside dried coconut

    Bake for 20-30mins
