Candy bowls with homemade whipped cream

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the 2 cups sugar, corn syrup, and water in a small pot. Turn on heat to medium high/8 and stir until sugar dissolves. Once the mixture boils, DO NOT STIR. Cook all of the water out. It should stop steaming as much and when dropped into cold water, it should form hard brittle threads.
- 2
Put your color in now and let the boiling action stir it in, don't stir. Take it off the heat and set it to the side while you spray 2 silicone brownie bowls with cooking spray. Then pour into your bowl molds and leave to cool and harden about an hour.
- 3
When the bowls are hard, pop them out of the molds and allow to cool fully. Do not refrigerate. While they are cooling, take the metal bowl from the freezer and pour in your cream vanilla and sugar. Beat in an electric stand mixer or with a hand mixer until peaks form and the whipped cream is fluffy.
- 4
Put the whipped cream into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip and pipe into the cooled bowls. Top with sprinkles. The whipped cream will take on the candy flavor.

Cute Candy Cookies Cute Candy Cookies
I saw a cookie with a candy window on a TV show awhile ago. I thought if it could be made with a black cocoa cookie, it'd make for a nice contrast and be really cute, so I gave it a shot. When I put the candy in before baking the cookie dough would become smashed or stick to the candy and it was quite difficult. So I changed the procedure to add the candy during the middle of baking.Try to fill in the gaps with smashed candy bits as much as possible. The baking may differ depending on your household oven, so adjust the temperature and baking time as necessary. If the temperature is too hot, the candy may burn. It might be a good idea to have candy bits left over when baking so you can fill in any gaps. For the candy, I use orange and pineapple flavored Sakuma drops. Recipe by yotiko cookpad.japan -

Muffins with Whipped Cream Muffins with Whipped Cream
I wanted to make refreshing and tasty muffins for the summer season that doesn't contain butter. They will dry out if you over-bake them, so remove from the oven when they have a slight baked colour and the insides are cooked through. These are perfect for the summer. They are more refreshing than cakes made with butter, although I like those too. Recipe by Mimikku cookpad.japan -
