Cut bread slices into triangles and deep fry till golden brown on hot ghee.
(health conscious one's can toast😬) - 2
1/2 cup sugar + 1/4 cup water + cardamom + saffron strands. Boil on low flame to sugar syrup.
Dip the fried bread triangles in sugar syrup, and serve hot with sprinkle of nuts of your choice
