After reading the health benefits of lettuce i now add it to my meals.
Steps

Boil chicken to be chewable with curry,salt,onion and seasoning.

Slice all the pepper,tomatoes,onion,lettuce,carrots,green pepper and green beans.next is salt,star cubes,chicken with stock and boil.

Next is salt and curry after a while carrots,green pepper and green beans.
- 4
Cut the lettuce on top of the meal and eat.
- 5
Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan,fry onion,pepper and tomatoes.
