Peel the onions and chop them roughly. Roughly chop the tomatoes, and gajar.

Chop the garlic.

In a fry pan add oil, butter and jeera. Add the onions, tomatoes, and gajar, bay leaf,black pepper and salt. Add two to three cloves of garlic to this and then pour in some water.

Cook for 10 min. tomatoes and gajar are cooked and soft.

Make the puree in the blander.

Strain the mixture.

Add the stock and puree to a pan and boil the mixture.Add cashew powder. Mix it well. Cook for 2 to 3 min.

Serve this unique tomato soup, add cream and garnish with mint leaves.
