  • 1 handfulraisins
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • As neededghee

    Heat a wok and dry roast the semolina

    Add ghee and fry again

  3. 3

    Add milk sugar and raisins

  4. 4

    Add salt and mix well

    Serve with Puri
