Hummus with Tahini and Lamb

Soak the chickpeas overnight with 1 teaspoon baking soda.

Rinse the chickpeas well after soaking, add 4 cups (1 liter) of water, and cook until the chickpeas are tender. Then mash them.

Add the mashed garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, tahini, and salt to the chickpeas and mix well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, then add the pine nuts. While still hot, spoon the meat and pine nuts over the hummus. Serve and enjoy.
