  • Active yeast
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Make a well and add water. Mix to form a smooth batter

    Scoop in your hands and drop into hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown

    Remove from oil and serve either plain or sprinkle with castor sugar or cinnamon
