Soak rice and urad daal for 4 hours

Grind both rice and daal and mix salt in it. And take 2 hour time for fermentation

Take a pan and heat oil for fry

Make flat round disc from rice,daal batter and fry in oil till get brown.

Same fry all.

Add 2 cups water in dahi andThen dip in dahi water all fried discs

Take a pan and heat oil

Add mustard and red chilli

Pour this oil on top of dahi bara

Now it ready for eat
