For pohe:Heat oil into a kadhai crackle rai,curry leaves then add onion and saute until brown,add pohe, chilli, turmeric,salt, peanut powder, sugar and mix well

For usal:In a mixer blend roasted coconut,onion,chilli,coriander, ginger,garlic and make a smooth paste

Heat oil into a pan fry onion until brown, add turmeric, red chilli powder, hing, garam masala,coconut paste,salt,tamrind pulp,jaggery and boiled peas, add little water and saute everything well and cover for 5 minutes on medium flame

Usal pohe is ready to serve, place the pohe on the plate and pour the usal over the poha
