Ingredients

  • 1Whole Wheat Pita Pocket
  • 1 CanChicken, drained
  • 1 Tbs.Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbs.Celery, minced
  • 1 Tbs.Mayo
  • 1/2 Tbs.Basil Pesto
  • 1-2 SlicesTomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice pita in half and carefully open so you can fill it.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except tomato slices.

  3. 3

    Place tomato slices in pitas, cut in half if needed.

  4. 4

    Place half of chicken mixture in each pita half.
