Steps
- 1
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the green onions and slice them thin. Place the ground pork in a large zip-top bag.
- 2
Add Seasoning 1 to the pork. Knead the pork and seasonings together through the bag until well mixed.
- 3
Add the sliced green onions and corn kernels. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors soak in.
- 4
Wash and soak the shiitake mushrooms, then dice them finely. Mince the garlic.
- 5
Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- 6
Add the diced mushrooms and sauté. Take the marinated pork from the fridge and add it to the pan. Stir-fry until the pork is partially cooked and turns white.
- 7
Add Seasoning 2 to the pan. Stir-fry the pork for 5 minutes, then cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
- 8
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain well and toss with a little sesame oil. Set aside.
- 9
Place the noodles in bowls and top with the braised pork. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- 10
Beat the eggs, cook into a thin omelet, and slice into thin strips. Serve the fragrant braised pork noodles topped with egg strips and enjoy!
