Wash and Soak Urad dal 5 to 6 hours. Grind Urad dal and soaked Poha to get smooth batter by adding less water.wash idli sooji rest for 2 minutes add groud Urad dal mixture, mix well and keep aside upto 6 to 8 hours for fermentation.

Add salt and mix well. Grease Idli plate with ghee pour ladle of Idli batter steam 15 minutes in preheated cooker. Gently remove from the plate. Soft and Spongy Idli is ready. Serve with coconut Chutney and Sambhar.
