1 cupurad dal
2 cuprice
1grated carrot
2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
2chopped green chilli
To tastesalt
2 tbspoil

Soak the uraddal&raw rice more about 4 hour.

Griend the uraddal&rice to make a soft batter.Rest it over night.

In the morning add salt mix it well.

Great the carrot,chop green chilli&corriender leaves.

Heat a pan add oil pour the batter,top the grated carrot,greenchilli&corriender leaves.cover it &cook on slow flame.After 15 mints Pancake is ready to eat.
