Take pan,add oil/ghee.then add jeera,tej ptta and kaali mirch and onion paste

Then saute it for 5-6 min,till colour change,then add tomato paste,and add deggi mirch and termeric powder.mix well. And add 1 tbsp malai,mix well,countinuous

Then add milk and water.and mix well for 2 min.then add salt,garam msala,1tsp sugar and some raisins.mix well.

Then add sliced panner,and mix.if the gravy is thick,then add some water in it. On slow flame.and then sprinkle on ksuri meathi

Ready to serve.with chapatties and lachha parathas.
