Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 4 cubesPotatoes
  3. 1 cuponion ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2tomatoes chopped
  5. 1 tspcumin seed
  6. 1red chilli whole
  7. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  8. To tastesalt and sugar
  9. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the eggs and Potatoes

  2. 2

    Remove and temper cumin seeds, bay leaf and red chilli.

  3. 3

    Add the masala paste and saute well.

  4. 4

    Add salt,red chilli Powder and turmeric powder.

  5. 5

    Add tomato and saute well.

  6. 6

    Now add the eggs and Potatoes.

  7. 7

    Mix well and add water, simmer till it is ready

  8. 8

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and serve.
