  • 5boiled, peeled and mashed raw bananas
  • 2 tbspsingada aata (water Chestnut flour)
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  • as neededChopped coriander

    Mix all the ingredients well and form cutlets from it, grill on a nonstick pan using ghee and serve hot with peanut chutney and curd
