Quinoa and Sweet Potato Brownie

Very healthy, yummy, tasty and weight loss recipe
Steps

Take boiled sweet potato and nicely mashed it masher

Add boiled quinua in mashed sweet potato and mix well

Now add brown sugar, maple syrup and oil and mix well

Now add egg and mix this for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add this egg mixture in sweet potato and quinua mixture and mix well, add flour, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder in this and mix

Now add milk, vanilla essence and some seeds and mix well

Now transfer this mixture in already greased baking dish and sprinkle some seeds over the top and bake this in preheated oven at 170* for 25 to 30 minutes

When done cut in pieces, serve and enjoy healthy brownie in breakfast
