Steps

Take a dal and kidney beans washed and soaked at over night.

Then next morning take a pressure cooker add dal,kidney beans,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,asfotida,caromseeds,mustard oil,water,garlic and ginger then boil for 45 minutes at sim flame.

After 45 minutes take a wok add oil then oil heat add onion and green chilli saute till golden brown then add tomato puree,clarified butter and garam masala mix.

Then pressure cooker pressure released add milk and onion masala mix simmer for 5 minutes.

Then serve garnish green coriander and fresh cream.
