Steps

Boil spinach in salted water, strain, cool, squeeze out excess water

Combine spinach with crackers, cream, butter, eggs, salt and pepper

Roll mixture into 1"-2" diam. balls

In unsalted water, boil balls until they float to the top

Remove from water and cool

Brown in butter before serving. Add additional garlic salt to taste
