First clean and wash the urad dal,add in pressure cooker add 1 spoon ghee and water,take 4-5 whistles.now remove the lid drain the extra water and mashed properly with the help of potato masher.

Heat ghee in a wok add urad dal paste and roast till golden in colour.

Now add khoya,cardamom powder,rose essence,chopped dry fruits,milk,sugar and some water.mix well,stir continuously till the halwa consistency.

Transfer into serving bowl,garnish with chopped dry fruit and cherry
