Ingredients

8 cchicken broth
1med onion
1 cdiced celery
8 ozfresh green beans, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 tspgarlic powder
2med zucchini, diced
1med sweet potato, peeled and diced
15 ozfrozen or fresh cheese tortellini
1 lbswiss chard, trimmed and chopped
19 ozcan cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

Steps

In 4 qt pot, bring broth, onion, celery, green beans, and garlic powder to boil

Reduce heat, simmer 5 min

Add zucchini, sweet potato and tortellini
4

Return to simmer for 5 min
5

Stir in swiss chard and cannellini beans, cook 5 min
6

Optional: serve with grated Parmesan cheese
