Steps

First Peel and wash all the tinda and cut it in any shape you like.

Take a pan switch on the gas and put some oil in it heat it well after that add some cumin seeds and hing and crakle it.

After that add onion and cook till brown and add ginger garlic paste cook it for few seconds add green chilli.

Add tomatoes in it and cook it till soft after that add cream and cook for 1-2 mins.

After that add all spices and cook for 1-2 mins after that add some water and put all the tindas and cook till soft.

After that sprinkle the green Coriander and it is ready to serve
