Creamy garlic mushroom

It is a quick yet delicious recepie
Steps

Wash and cut mushrooms into half. Blanch them in hot water for 2-3 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoon butter in a pan. Fry crushed garlic for 1 minute.

Add mushrooms and fry.

Remove from the pan. Keep aside.

In the same pan heat 2 tablespoon butter. Add flour and sauté till they are well mixed.

Slowly add milk and whisk continuously so that no lump formation occurs.

Add cheese and slowly mix them.

Add sautéed mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle some dried perseley on it. Creamy garlic mushroom is ready to serve.
