Steps

Wash and chop the methi leaves. Make a paste of ginger and green chillies.

Take wheat flour and add all the ingredients mentioned. Make a dough. Rest it for sometime.

Now take a tawa and heat it. Divide the dough in small balls. Now roll With the rolling pin.

Now on the hot tawa roast it with little oil by applying on both sides.

When done, remove in a serving plate and serve with fresh curd.
