Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 3 cupsWhole wheat flour
  • 5Ripened tomatoes
  • 1 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonAjwain
  • 1/2 tea spoonGaram masala powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tea spoonCumin seed powder
  • 2 tea spoonsGinger paste
  • As neededOil for making parathas

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil tomatoes, peel off the skin, put them in a blender and keep aside the pulp.

  2. 2

    In a broad bowl take the wheat flour and add all the ingredients mentioned above, Add the tomato pulp too.

    Knead to soft dough. Add water if needed.

  4. 4

    Roll them to thick rotis and cut them in to desired shapes.

  5. 5

    Cook on both sides on a tawa with ghee or oil and serve hot with butter.
