Tomato Parathas
A paratha with different taste and colour.
Steps

Boil tomatoes, peel off the skin, put them in a blender and keep aside the pulp.

In a broad bowl take the wheat flour and add all the ingredients mentioned above, Add the tomato pulp too.

Knead to soft dough. Add water if needed.
- 4
Roll them to thick rotis and cut them in to desired shapes.
- 5
Cook on both sides on a tawa with ghee or oil and serve hot with butter.
