Mirchi pakoda or Mirchi bhajiya is easy to make and can be enjoyed with tea or coffee either in morning breakfast or as evening snacks..

Take green chillies,wash them, slit them from one side and remove their seeds.

Mix all the ingredients for batter in a bowl. Use water according to the need. The batter should not be thin.

Mix the ingredients for stuffing in another bowl.

Fill the stuffing in the green chillies.

Dip the chilli in the batter. Chilli should be evenly coated.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Put the batter coated green chillies in it. deep fry the green chillies till they turn golden brown and crispy.

Tadaa!! Mirchi pakoras are ready. Serve them with sweet and tangy tamarind chutney or tomato sauce.
