QOTW: How often do you cook?

Happy Wednesday, kitchen friends!
It's time for our QOTW (Question of the Week) where we'll be talking about ingredients, methods, and sometimes just plain fun food stuff.
I've been in a bit of a cooking slump lately - nothing serious, just a little fatigue. So while I usually cook 4 or 5 times a week, lately I've been doing 2 or 3 times and either just making bigger batches of everything or ordering/dining out. (As we know, the latter gets spendy, so I try not to take too many breaks, but when I do, they're usually just what I need to get back into the swing of things. :) )
So I'm curious - HOW OFTEN DO YOU COOK? Would you like to cook more or less often than you do now? And what kinds of things would be helpful for you to achieve your goal of cooking either more or less?
And if you know of a Cookpad recipe (whether yours or someone else's) that has helped you out of a cooking slump, please do share the link! (See Step 3 for linking instructions.)
Looking forward to your answers.
Hope you're having a lovely week.
~ YFNCM :)
