Cashew fruits juice
We just went out for evening walk out (hubby and I) and we saw a cashew tree the fruits were so fresh I was skeptical wether to get the fruits or not and I asked hubby this question : apart from eating this fruit what else can I do with it he said you can make juice so I decided to get some and I made the juice, it was worth trying.

Wash cashew fruits and remove the nut

Cut up the fruits in to cubes (be careful not to get the fruit on your clothing as it stains)

Put fruits in a blender with water and blend

Poor the juice through a strainer in to container.Discard the fiber left in the strainer

Add vanilla flavor (optional)
- 6
Serve with ice
