Steps

First pell Out suran and grate it. And wash it 2 - 3 times. (Just wear gloves or put oil on Hand bcoz it will give itching on ur hands).now roast peanuts and half crush it.

Now take ghee in pan. And add jeera, green chilies and saute for some time then add half crush peanuts and saute on medium Flame. Then add suran, Salt,pepper powder and sugar and saute on full gas for some time.

Then cover it with lid for 5 to 10 minutes.. Check it in between if it cooked then switch off the gas and garnish with coriander. And serve with curd.
