Ingredients

  • 5large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoonmargarine
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1onion chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • 200 mlmilk or just enough

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel, wash and boil potatoes in salty water until tender.

  2. 2

    Mash finely

  3. 3

    Fry the onions and add the mashed potatoes, add the milk and margarine and bring it to a smooth consistency.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with any accompaniment with gravy.
